Experience Overview
EFR Emergency Course teaches essential life-saving skills that can be used both in and out of the water. This 1-day program focuses on CPR, First Aid, and emergency care, giving you the confidence to respond calmly and effectively in critical situations.
The course is designed for divers and non-divers alike and uses simple, hands-on training techniques. No previous medical experience is required. EFR is also a mandatory prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster courses.
Training is conducted in a relaxed classroom environment with practical exercises to ensure you fully understand and can apply the skills learned.
